Ex Libris Breakfast: Collaborating and Working Better Together - Resource Sharing and More

Librarians have always taken a path of improving the services that they provide to their users and use themselves. By adapting and adopting new ways of doing things, they can enrich user experiences and increase efficiencies. Key to this effort is collaborating with others outside their own institution and leveraging service-level integrations and interoperability.

In this breakfast session, we’ll highlight the increased impact and influence of resource sharing services. Beyond discussing resource sharing services, Rapido and RapidILL, we’ll provide an update of what’s new across all Ex Libris services to increase efficiency and help libraries provide new services – including the topics of Controlled Digital Lending, service-level integrations with Clarivate, Esploro, Linked Open Data features in Alma and Primo, and more.

Presenters:

Asaf Kline, Vice President of Library Solutions at Ex Libris, part of Clarivate

Mike Richins, Director of Product Management at Ex Libris, part of Clarivate

Location: Marriot Marquis Washington D.C., Dogwood Room
